Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

This year, Her Majesty The Queen, will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service. Our School is proud to be joining in the celebrations.  

Lots of activities went on during the morning which followed an open-air party with lots of traditional party foods; jelly and ice-cream, scones and jam plus tasty extras.   There was handmade bunting, music, fun and laughter as well as handmade place mats which the children designed, which altogether was the perfect mix for a great party.  The children were dressed in red/white/blue or came dressed as royalty!

 Speaking of royalty, we were very lucky that the Queen herself made time to visit her most favourite Primary school in the UK!!!!!!!!

Everyone had an amazing time!  Well done to everyone and God Save our Queen.
