The Crowning of Mary

This afternoon we gathered together to crown Mary the Mother of Jesus. This colourful event took place on a glorious, sunny day. As you can see below there was a beautiful display of flowers created and processed up to the Mary altar. The children enjoyed the parade and gave thanks for Mary, Mother of God.
