The birthday of Our Lady

We all love to celebrate birthdays.  Today is the birthday celebration of our dear mother.  In December we honour her Immaculate Conception.  In January we celebrate her as the Mother of God.  In August we celebrate her Assumption into Heaven and there are many other days throughout the year where we honour a unique aspect of her life.  But today is simply her birthday celebration!

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death.
