Year 3 - MMF Theatre Show

Led by double bassist and MMF alumni Ed Babar, BARE is a diverse nonet of top international musicians from South Africa to Sicily, India to Cuba, and has quickly grown a reputation for its captivating and raucous performances, as well as new initiatives in creative teaching.  Drummer Flavio Livigni and djembe specialist Lilia Iontcheva are also both former MMF students.

 Today Year 3 went on a brilliant trip to Wimbledon Theatre to watch the Blues and Roots Ensemble perform jazz music. It was a great opportunity for the children to experience a new type of music they  might  not have  ever experienced before. They had a great chance to join in with the music with the songs they have practiced in class. The children couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was on their way out of the theatre!
