Year 4 Saxons and Vikings Day

Today we welcome Mike Everest from the Portals to the Past Company. As part of Years 4 topic of Anglo Saxons in Autumn 1 and the Vikings this term, Mike has presented an inspiring, activity-based workshop that brings the Saxon and Vikings periods to life!

The children were in complete awe! They heard fascinating stories of how the Saxon and Vikings lived.  They compared their invasions and life-styles.

 The children came dressed in costumes of the era and have had a wonderful day!
