Year 4 Visit to the Chocolate Museum

Year4 have had a wonderful trip to The Chocolate Museum in Brixton, where they learnt about cacao ceremonies, Mayan Gods and general chocolate production facts. They ground chocolate nibs, added coca butter and spices to create their own chocolate bar. They also designed their own label using Mayan symbols.
