Year 5 Tudors

The Tudor family were the ruling House of England and Wales between 1485 and 1603. They came to power when Henry VII became king after his defeat of Richard III at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485. The Tudor period really took off under the rule of Henry VII's son, Henry VIII.

Our lovely Year 5 children have been learning about the Tudors as part of their Topic. They have produced some spectacular artwork which really does have “Wow” factor.
